• Join Veeva Systems as a Consultant/Senior Consultant for the Site Solutions team.
• Implement SiteVault, a solution for clinical research sites.
• Act as the main point of contact between Veeva and key customer stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration and manage escalations to ensure customer success.
• Engage with customers to understand their goals and build strong relationships.
• Support renewal efforts and guide customers through the process.
• Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and industry trends.
• Remote position with a preference for Eastern or Central Time Zone.
• Typical travel is 10%, but can be up to 20%.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation in life sciences or healthcare.
• Customer-facing consulting experience required.
• Ability to act quickly to understand requirements and create solutions.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
