Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law.
• 1+ years of transactional experience with commercial agreements.
• Strong drafting and attention to detail skills.
• Competency in privacy law.
• Self-starter with multitasking abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word and G-Suite.
• Positive energy and customer service approach.
