• Analyze, draft, and negotiate SaaS subscription and other commercial documents.
• Provide exceptional support to global sales teams.
• Advise business stakeholders on contract-related issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of department processes and templates.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance sales and contracting processes.
• Exercise independent judgment in supporting the legal department.
• Maintain and analyze data related to contracts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting sales departments in the SaaS industry.
• Prior use of Salesforce.
• Understanding of legal and business issues.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong computer skills.
• Highly responsive and service-oriented.
• Motivated to elevate the legal department.
