Overview

As an Account Partner, your main responsibility is to identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned Enterprise accounts ($5B+ companies) and promote Veeva solutions with key stakeholders across the business and IT at Consumer Product companies.

  • Identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned Enterprise accounts.
  • Promote Veeva solutions with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers' digital transformation efforts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals.
  • Ensure customer success throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, and Solution consultants.
  • Work with Product Experts and Industry Market Owners.
  • Focus on Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and R&D sectors.
  • Support flexibility to work from home or in the office.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise account management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving customer success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency.
