In Short

• Oversee and carry out performance/load testing for Veeam Backup as a Software platform.
• Identify performance problems and bottlenecks in the platform.
• Work closely with QA engineers, developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
• Design, develop, and enhance test frameworks.
• Bring innovative testing approaches to the team.
• Analyze test results and identify performance issues.
• Utilize load testing tools such as Locust and JMeter.
• Strong experience in programming/script languages like Python, Java, or PowerShell.
• Good knowledge of hypervisors and public clouds (AWS/Microsoft Azure).
• CI/CD experience with pipelines, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, or TeamCity.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in performance/load testing/automation.
• Experience with load testing tools.
• Strong programming skills.
• Good knowledge of hypervisors or public clouds.
• Experience with observability stacks.
• Ability to analyze test results effectively.
• Good knowledge of operating systems.
• Clear logic and self-sufficiency.
• English proficiency for international communication.
