Overview

The Customer Success Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring client needs are met, and enhancing customer satisfaction with web-based programs.

In Short

  • Drive retention and expansion of customers.
  • Serve as primary contact for all accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews.
  • Communicate platform updates and best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally to meet state law requirements.
  • Identify and escalate product issues and retention risks.
  • Host best practices webinars.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
  • Maintain a helpful knowledge center.
  • Lead team projects and serve as point of escalation for customer issues.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Knowledge of risk pools and partnerships preferred.
  • Experience with law enforcement preferred.
  • Ability to manage projects in large organizations.
  • Knowledge of state laws related to products and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
