International Tax Director - Remote

Overview

The International Tax Director at Parsons will provide strategic advice on international tax issues to minimize the company's worldwide tax burden, managing a team of specialists and overseeing compliance and reporting.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 15+ years of progressive income tax experience.
• Experience in the Engineering & Construction, Defense Contracting industry preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of international taxation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Experience with ASC 740 accounting for income taxes.
• Ability to analyze and review tax regulations.
• Experience in a U.S. multinational company preferred.
• CPA preferred.
