Overview

This Sales Executive (Provider Network Representative) is responsible for selling our prospective risk adjustment and quality solution to healthcare practices and respective primary care providers for the purpose of completing Vatica Encounters. These services include, but are not limited to, Enhanced Annual Wellness Visits and other clinical services. Functions include securing contracts with healthcare practices and providers, in the assigned territory (market of IA/SD/NE) and working closely with Vatica’s local, and national operations and clinical teams to optimize the company’s market presence.

In Short

  • Represent Vatica and its products, exceeding sales objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, initial outreach, qualification, evaluation, demonstration, and close.
  • Engage regional integrated delivery systems and local physician practices in assigned territories.
  • Present Vatica solution to prospective clients in group, face to face, and virtual meetings.
  • Use a consultative selling approach to drive meaningful conversations.
  • Support collaboration with health plan clients to analyze and develop networks.
  • Participate in the development of program marketing materials and sales campaigns.
  • Understand market trends, best practices, and growth of assigned territories.
  • Ability to travel ~25%.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in healthcare or related fields.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience with consultative selling techniques.
  • Understanding of healthcare market dynamics.
