Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Varicent, you will play a crucial role in helping customers realize business value from their investment in our SaaS solutions, ensuring they become passionate advocates for our products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with large enterprise accounts.
  • Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to create strategic success plans.
  • Proven track record in fast-growing environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with common CS tools.
  • Driven and self-motivated attitude.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and renewals.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
