Overview

As a Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM), you ensure that Vantaca is aligned with our largest customer's business goals and Key Performance Indicators during the entire customer journey. The objective of the Enterprise Customer Success Manager is to maximize customer retention and success while also building trust and transparency within your portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
  • 5+ years experience in upselling at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Excellent communication skills and innovative problem-solving ability.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Professional interaction with customers and colleagues.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and public speaking.
  • Exceptional influencing skills and relationship management.
  • Passion for customer advocacy and perspective.
  • Creative approach to challenges and curiosity about the industry.
  • Able to manage expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
