Overview

As an Upmarket Account Executive at Vanta, you will have a unique opportunity to guide upmarket and enterprise logos through our consultative and value-driven sales process, taking full ownership of the entire sales cycle.

In Short

  • Identify promising prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Establish connections with senior executives in the CISO department.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Provide education and guidance on Vanta's offerings.
  • Accurately forecast performance against sales targets.
  • Collaborate with product management to align customer needs with product development.
  • Handle a substantial volume of inbound and outbound activities.
  • Refine and implement the Upmarket sales strategy.
  • Partner closely with various resources throughout the sales process.
  • Drive customer expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in selling Enterprise B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong skills in prospecting and account planning.
  • Effective communication and executive presence.
  • Experience closing six-figure deals in a competitive market.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing complex deals with large accounts.
  • Technical proficiency to understand Vanta's software.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams.
  • High level of empathy for customers.
