Senior Software Engineer, Frontend Platform - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Vanta, you will be responsible for setting technical direction for our frontend stack and enabling our infrastructure to scale with our business.

In Short

• Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers.
• Improve and maintain our internal GraphQL API.
• Set direction for our frontend testing strategy.
• Build and maintain frontend testing infrastructure.
• Improve our frontend build tooling.
• Ensure robust frontend monitoring and app performance.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams on web performance.
• Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture.
• Work with talented engineers to impact our customer base.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical initiatives.

Requirements

• Interest in learning about security or prior experience.
• Experience in technical leadership roles.
• Experience with frontend infrastructure challenges.
• Experience writing codemods and familiarity with infrastructure as code.
• Experience with GraphQL, Typescript, and React.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies/libraries.
• Experience on technical initiatives for web performance.
