Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI - Remote

Overview

As a Senior AI Applied engineer at Vanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping Vanta’s AI offerings, improving our systems, and setting technical strategy for our end-to-end ML/AI architecture.

In Short

• Team up with product engineering teams to design and implement AI-powered features.
• Work closely with other engineers to understand their pain points in AI development.
• Design, build, and improve AI infrastructure and tooling.
• Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of industry experience as a software engineer.
• Knowledge in designing, developing, and deploying applications leveraging LLM models.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling full-stack applications.
• Understanding of improving ML systems and driving quality hill-climbing.
• Comfortable operating up and down the stack: frontend, API, backend, and database.
