Senior Software Engineer, Applied AI - Remote

Overview

As an Applied AI Engineer you will develop AI agents and agentic workflows automating complex and highly regulated financial crime compliance workflows. You will report directly to the CTO.

In Short

• Build agentic solutions for complex financial crime compliance workflows
• Build solutions for scraping and processing semi-structured and unstructured data
• Balance automation and human-in-the-loop approaches
• Product development
• Be responsible for testing reliability and consistency
• Ensure scalability while managing costs

Requirements

• A strong technical background gained through education and/or on-the-job experience
• Knowledge and experience building AI agents and agentic workflows
• Knowledge and experience leveraging LLMs and prompt engineering
• Knowledge and experience building RAG systems and vector search
• Strong programming skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
