Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Vanta, you will be responsible for the compliance document management vertical of the Vanta Agent, guiding customers to generate and maintain compliance documents tailored to their business through AI powered workflows.

In Short

• Own the document & policies creation workflows and build the Agent features to automate those processes.
• Help customers evolve their security programs by building Agent workflows for surfacing recommendations and completing relevant actions.
• Deeply understand our customers and market, and translate their needs into clear Agent experiences that solve real compliance challenges.
• Partner with design and engineering to establish consistent interaction patterns.
• Shape and scale the Agent’s interoperability by building the catalog of tools and integrations.
• Deliver high-quality products that address key customer pain points.
• Help define and shape Vanta’s product team culture as we grow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with a track record in SaaS/B2B and AI products.
• Strong technical skills and experience with LLMs.
• Customer-focused mindset with proactive outreach to customers.
• Deep curiosity and empathy, with effective collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Passion for building AI products and a learner's mindset.
• Interest in the evolving AI/ML ecosystem.
• Data-driven approach to inform roadmap and prioritization.
