Overview

As the Senior Manager, Customer Success, you will lead a team of strategic Customer Success Managers to deliver successful onboarding, healthy adoption, advocacy and retention for some of our largest customers in Vanta’s rapidly expanding customer base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Passion for team development and enablement
  • Experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise customers
  • Proven track record in establishing executive relationships
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Curiosity about emerging technologies and cybersecurity
