Product Design Manager, GRC - Remote

Overview

As a Product Design Manager at Vanta, you’ll lead a growing design team responsible for maturing our Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) product, including redesigning existing products and launching new products.

• Manage and grow a team of designers across multiple EPD squads.
• Bring new capabilities to the Vanta platform for diverse customer needs.
• Ensure coherence across multiple teams in product design.
• Coach and mentor Product Designers for high performance.

• Contribute to product strategy and create design vision.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience, especially in B2B and B2C SaaS.
• High standard of B2B design quality (UX and UI).
• Proven track record of impactful designs.
• Experience partnering with product management and engineering.
• Passion for leading and building an inspired design team.
• Curiosity about AI and cybersecurity.
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful work required.
