Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven expertise in mobile design and design systems.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Track record of implementing scalable design systems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Empathetic leadership style.
• Experience with user research methodologies.
