Product Design Manager - Remote

Overview

As a Product Designer Manager for our Core Experiences platform, you’ll be responsible for operating in a player-coach capacity, responsible for designing and building our core experience platform including: common experiences like the employee lifecycle, reporting, roles and permissions, communications platform, and more.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Design experience.
• 3+ years in management roles.
• Experience with complex domains like payroll or finance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and add clarity.
• Systems thinking experience.
• Strong UX craft and understanding of web patterns.
• Passion for Gusto's mission.
