Overview

As a Product Design Manager at Retool, you will lead a team of product designers, driving the complete product design lifecycle and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to create user-centered designs that impact millions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring designers.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design skills.
• Experience with complex problem-solving and design iteration.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Experience working with engineers in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and prioritize user needs.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Bonus points for SQL, databases, or APIs knowledge.
