Pre-Sales Value Engineer - Remote

Overview

As Vanta’s Pre-Sales Value Engineer, you will focus on demonstrating the ROI of Vanta to our prospective customers, helping to drive increased revenue growth and collaborating with economic buyers to expand contract sizes.

• Work closely with sales teams to articulate the distinct value of Vanta.
• Develop scalable self-service tools and training programs.
• Participate in high-impact deals to ensure Vanta’s value proposition is understood.
• Design and optimize ROI models tailored to market segments.
• Edit and enhance the existing value framework for pre-sales and post-sales processes.
• Report on the impact of Value Engineering initiatives internally.
• Coach and train account executives on utilizing ROI assets.
• Collaborate with product marketing and sales development teams.
• Foster a collaborative environment for continuous improvement.
• Measure the potential ROI of customer investments in Vanta.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in value engineering or sales enablement.
• Strong analytical skills with understanding of ROI metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with diverse market segments, including startups and enterprises.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics software.
