As a Manager of Solutions Engineering at Vanta, you will lead and scale a high-performing team that partners with Sales to win Commercial segment deals, playing a critical role in shaping the technical sales motion for Vanta’s pre-sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS in a Senior Solutions SE role
  • Proven success in high-complexity, regulated sales motions
  • Strong technical acumen for engaging with technical stakeholders
  • Experience scaling SE functions in fast-growth environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Background in security, compliance, or developer tools is a bonus
