Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership managing teams of 6-8+ engineers.
• Strong decision-making skills balancing ambiguity, data, speed, and quality.
• Experience managing and developing senior individual contributors.
• Proven track record in guiding product and technical strategy.
• Experience in engineering-wide initiatives such as recruiting processes.
• Openness to using AI responsibly to enhance skills and efficiency.
