• Lead, grow and mentor a talented team of backend and full-stack engineers building our core monetization systems.
• Define and execute technical strategy for a unified monetization platform.
• Platformize entitlements, purchasing and billing through scalable APIs.
• Champion operational excellence and promote strong engineering practices.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical teams of six or more engineers.
• Proven success in building backend or platform systems in transaction-heavy domains.
• Strong decision maker who balances ambiguity, data, speed, and quality.
• Experience hiring and managing senior individual contributors.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Experience in enterprise billing, pricing, or financial data platforms is a plus.
