Overview

As Vanta’s Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market and Key Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their security and compliance journeys with Vanta's specialized solutions.

In Short

  • Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta’s mid-market customers.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Vanta.
  • Serve as the point of contact for your customers.
  • Become a product expert on Vanta.
  • Provide insightful technical answers for compliance.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
  • Influence Vanta’s strategy and product priorities.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with C-level executives and relationship building.
  • Top-notch account management skills.
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Experience in the security or compliance industry preferred.
  • Clear communication skills and critical thinking ability.
  • Empathetic to customers with a track record of retention.
  • Experience hitting retention targets.
  • Technical competency to understand Vanta’s software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
