As a Staff Product Designer at Vanta, you will define a net-new experience vision, strategy, and execution for a highly AI-centric workflow builder, enabling Vanta to serve complex enterprise use cases.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
• Proven success in driving design strategy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in managing complex projects.
• Portfolio required showcasing effective product solutions.
