Overview

We are looking for a skilled professional who will ensure their customer’s success with Fluke Digital System’s (FDS) eMaint computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) product offering. Our products and services are successful in part because they are very effective but also because of our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate in this role will be passionate about engaging customers to provide proactive strategic guidance and expand FDS’ business and product offering with customers.

In Short

  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Prioritize and resolve escalated customer issues.
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and preserve recurring revenue.
  • Recommend services and generate proposals.
  • Develop success plans for customers.
  • Manage dynamic projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews for top accounts.
  • Facilitate on-site client engagements as needed.

Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of related experience.
  • Understanding of pipeline revenue and sales cycle management.
  • Ability to drive continuous value of products.
  • Previous SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Experience upselling to existing customers.
  • Proven interpersonal management skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
