Overview

As Vanta’s central region Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding customers through their security and compliance journeys with Vanta's specialized solutions, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and retention.

In Short

  • Lead post-sales activities for upmarket customers.
  • Manage a book of business of ~50 customers.
  • Partner with Account Managers for renewals and expansion.
  • Act as the voice of the customer.
  • Drive customers to specific business outcomes.
  • Become a product expert on Vanta’s solutions.
  • Provide technical answers for compliance using Vanta.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
  • Influence Vanta’s strategy to drive adoption and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company.
  • Experience with C-level executives and relationship building.
  • Strong account management skills.
  • Able to adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Preferred experience in security or compliance.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Empathetic with a track record of customer retention.
  • Experience with retention targets.
  • Technical competency to understand Vanta’s software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
