Overview

We are looking for a Client Adoption Specialist to create an awesome client experience and increase adoption of Vanco’s Education-based products.

In Short

  • Manage implementation of new clients to ensure their success in using our services.
  • Evaluate client needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
  • Help clients test and troubleshoot final system setup.
  • Manage activity and document communication with clients within each client record.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Vanco’s products, services, and processes.
  • Share best practices with clients to encourage improved utilization of products.
  • Solve customer issues and enlist company resources for prompt problem resolution.
  • Write and maintain documentation and procedures for clients as needed.
  • Provide feedback to help drive new solutions and improve current offerings.
  • Provide first-level support to clients until their transition to the Client Service team.

Requirements

  • Graduated high school; 2-4-year degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience in technical set up of SaaS systems preferred.
  • Formal or informal project management experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with using basic sales techniques for upselling and cross-promotion.
  • Strong relationship-building and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel; preferred experience with Salesforce.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high-quality service.
  • Collaborative and adaptable to client needs and communication preferences.
  • Dependable with scheduling flexibility.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, self-directed, and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in tackling problems and advising clients on best practices.
