You are an experienced Account Executive (W/M/D), confidently engaging at the C-level, love competition, and are looking for an innovative SaaS company where you can truly make an impact. Join our team and actively shape our sales success.

In Short

  • Actively identify new potential customers through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, focusing on medium-sized and large B2B companies
  • Present our SaaS solution convincingly and demonstrate its value for potential customers' business goals (remote and on-site)
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and communicate effectively at the C-level
  • Work closely with our Solution Consultants to ensure a seamless and successful sales process
  • Consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets, contributing to company growth
  • Maintain and update sales data and reports in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS or tech environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, engaging customers at all decision levels
  • Quickly understand complex SaaS solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot and efficient usage
  • Self-motivated team player who enjoys achieving success and closing deals
  • Willingness to work remotely and undertake travel as required
  • Fluency in German and English
