Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and providing tailored software solutions based on their needs. You will be involved in the sales process from proposal creation to contract signing, working closely with project management and IT consulting.

Requirements

  • Experience in complex B2B sales processes, ideally in E-Commerce
  • High technical understanding of complex IT structures and software solutions
  • Passion for the digital industry and E-Commerce
  • Experience with CRM systems, MS Office, and ticket systems
  • Business acumen to identify customer potential through data
  • Open, communicative, and team-oriented personality
  • Structured work approach and solution-oriented thinking
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of complex systems
  • Willingness to travel to potential clients and events
  • Fluent in German and English (B2 level)
