Overview

InnQuest (RoomMaster) Software is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Executive to drive net-new business growth across independent hotels and lodging properties.

In Short

  • Source and close net-new hotel and lodging clients through targeted outbound outreach.
  • Conduct discovery calls and deliver engaging product demos tailored to individual property needs.
  • Own the full sales cycle with a focus on new logo acquisition and ARR growth.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of independent property prospects.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Track all sales activities in Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools.
  • Proven success in cold prospecting and outbound sales.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Competitive compensation with clear commission structure.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle sales role.
  • Experience demoing software solutions to independent decision-makers.
  • Strong storytelling and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to sell to independent hotels, motels, inns, and boutique properties.
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
