The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator and Instructional Designer II is a hybrid, intermediate role responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s D2L (Brightspace) learning management system and developing effective training content.

• Manage and optimize the D2L (Brightspace) learning management system.
• Develop and maintain training courses for internal and external users.
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts on course design.
• Provide technical support and training on LMS usage.
• Apply instructional design best practices to create engaging content.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Monitor learner feedback and course performance for improvements.
• Utilize innovative tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Assist with virtual training sessions and customer webinars.
• Lead remote training sessions after certification.

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced experience in LMS administration.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with e-learning content development.
• Ability to provide technical support effectively.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Proficient in using educational technology tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to obtain Aware certification.
