Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator Contractor - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an innovative and efficient LMS Administrator/ Contractor with strong technical and problem-solving skills to manage and enhance our Learning Management System. This role is key to ensuring a seamless learning experience for all users, supporting our learning and development goals, and driving system improvements through cross-functional collaboration.

In Short

• Part-time (20 hours per week) contract position.
• Administer and maintain LMS user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Manage, troubleshoot, and support integrations between the LMS and other enterprise systems.
• Assist in the import, configuration, testing, and scheduling of learning content and courses.
• Provide timely and effective technical support to users.
• Generate and distribute reports to support compliance and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
• Provide end-user training when necessary.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration.

Requirements

• Experience with Docebo is preferred.
• Familiarity with system integrations and data imports/exports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to find innovative solutions and drive efficiencies.
• Ability to work across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
