Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 5+ years in a senior/executive leadership role.
• Proven success in modernizing legacy systems.
• Strong expertise in cloud architectures and DevOps practices.
• Experience in AI/ML tooling and data architecture.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships.
• Deep knowledge of software engineering practices.
• Information Security and Data Privacy fundamentals.
