Overview

Sadie is transforming how restaurants engage with their customers using AI-powered voice technology. We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) based in Ireland to help expand Sadie’s presence across the UK and Ireland restaurant market.

In Short

  • Research and identify potential restaurant customers across the UK and Ireland.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn outreach, and local networking.
  • Qualify leads based on business size, pain points, and readiness to explore AI-driven solutions.
  • Book discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategies for the UK market.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly activity and meeting targets.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or customer engagement (hospitality or SaaS experience a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, consultative phone manner.
  • Self-starter attitude—you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Curiosity about technology, AI, and how it can reshape restaurant operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
  • Based in Ireland with the ability to work UK business hours.
