In Short

• Develop and lead Valon’s Fraud Management program.
• Responsible for process design, risk assessments, and operations.
• Monitor transactions to identify suspicious patterns.
• Evaluate fraud detection tools and technologies.
• Mentor and manage cross-functional team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and update fraud prevention policies.
• Promote customer education on fraud prevention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud management.
• Strong leadership and program management abilities.
• Professional certifications such as CFE or CAMS.
