HELOC Servicing Implementation & Oversight Manager - Remote

Overview

The HELOC Servicing Implementation & Oversight Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives within the Mortgage Servicing division, focusing on the servicing of Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loans, ensuring compliance and customer experience standards are met.

• Lead various Servicing Implementation Projects.
• Define and implement servicing workflows.
• Ensure system readiness across all platforms.
• Partner with compliance, product, operations, and engineering teams.
• Maintain key project documentation and ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish servicing controls and monitoring.
• Create training materials for servicing operations.
• Track performance post-launch for continuous improvement.
• Support additional servicing initiatives as the organization expands.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of mortgage servicing experience.
• Proven experience in project management or program implementation.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to take initiative.
• Experience in a fintech or transformation environment is a plus.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
