Valon is transforming mortgage servicing and consumer direct lending with a technology-first approach. We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Servicing Finance team, supporting key operational workflows and driving process improvement across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar role.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with SQL and VBA for data investigation and automation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
