Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in mortgage closing or related fields.
• Experience with Vesta and Encompass is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of federal regulations (e.g., RESPA, TILA).
• Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or GED.
