• Prepare and review CDs, loan documents and escrow instructions for compliance.
• Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, and borrowers.
• Ensure loan closing packages meet compliance standards.
• Verify final loan terms, fees, and funding details.
• Collaborate with processing, origination, and post-closing departments.
• Prioritize assignments and manage a high volume of loan activity.
• Maintain loan pipeline and tasks proactively.
• Promote company values in work behaviors and decision making.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and state regulations including TRID.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent organizational skills and deadline management.
• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Prior experience in retail mortgage loan closing.
• Proficiency in LOS systems and closing platforms.
• Understanding of state and federal lending regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of customer service best practices.
