Overview

The Mortgage Closer will ensure a seamless approval and closing experience for Homeward customers, managing complex operational processes while collaborating with various teams.

• Assemble, prepare, and review loan closing documents.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and monitor Closing Disclosures in Encompass.
• Verify accuracy of closing documents.
• Analyze compliance reports.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer experience teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and procedures.
• Experience with Encompass and LendingPad is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills.
