Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Bid Manager to lead and coordinate responses to formal client procurement requests for the EMEA region, ensuring high-quality proposals that showcase our strengths as a trusted Atlassian partner.

• Manage the end-to-end bid process.
• Organize bid launch workshops and define response strategies.
• Draft and refine proposal content in collaboration with teams.
• Maintain a bid content library for quality and consistency.
• Track bid performance metrics and client feedback.
• Lead cross-functional bid teams.
• Coordinate internal contributors for timely submissions.
• Ensure compliance with client procurement requests.
• Support continuous improvement in bid processes.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience in bid management or a related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to track and analyze performance metrics.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in the EMEA region preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
