Overview

DigitalTolk is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bid Manager fluent in German and English to manage German-language bids for services businesses in private and public sectors across DACH regions and the UK.

• Manage the full bid lifecycle for non-Scandinavian opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate proposal development.
• Ensure compliance with tender requirements.
• Translate or draft bid content in German and English.
• Analyze tender documents and develop tailored responses.
• Maintain bid libraries and content databases.
• Track bid performance and support contract handovers.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in managing German-language bids.
• Experience with DACH-based clients in public or private sector tenders.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong writing and editing skills.
• Familiarity with procurement portals in Germany.
• Highly organized and proactive communicator.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
