The Bid Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation of high-quality proposals and managing the efficient proposal process, ensuring that proposals are comprehensive and tailored to client needs.

Requirements

• Experience in leading remote teams.
• Strong communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint for proposal creation.
• Knowledge of project management and budgeting.
• Ideally APMP certification.
