BIM Manager - Remote

Overview

The BIM Consultant will have the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled team delivering and implementing BIM from strategy level to project level for global clients.

In Short

• Capture client requirements and develop a BIM strategy.
• Understand Civil/Architecture/Mechanical design and construction.
• Author key BIM documentation and workflows.
• Lead and manage BIM implementation within client organizations.
• Communicate BIM strategies to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and mitigations.
• Interface with clients and design teams.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Carry out structured reviews of project models.
• Analyze construction documentation and data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of BIM management experience in commercial real estate construction projects.
• Data Center construction project management experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of BIM standards and 3D modeling software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Clear communication and presentation skills.
• Methodical approach to delivering tasks.
• Inquisitive nature to learn new software skills.
• Experience in clash detection software.
