In Short

• Responsible for developing BIM strategy and overseeing BIM work on projects.
• Development and supervision of project staff related to BIM implementation.
• Drive automation processes enthusiastically.
• Coordinate processes for complete model life cycle development.
• Review and validate construction models.
• Assist project teams with virtual models throughout project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of total experience with 10+ years in Electrical Substations.
• Good understanding of common data environment platforms (BIM 360, ACC, ProjectWise).
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in Bentley, Synchro Pro, and other tools is advantageous.
• Experience in managing a team of BIM modellers.
• Experience in international delivery, preferably in the UK.
• Experience in developing 3D models for visualization.
• Good collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.
