• Manage opportunity qualification and review process for EOIs, RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and major proposals.
• Oversee the proposal process, including content acquisition and internal review.
• Collaborate with industry and leadership teams to define and implement growth strategies.
• Facilitate the risk management process to identify bid risks and ensure an appropriate risk plan is in place.
• Manage all commercial and quality reviews ensuring stakeholder approval.
• Build a library of best practices for proposal creation.
