In Short

• Lead by example to support an engaged culture built on professionalism, teamwork, and creativity.
• Provide mentorship to a multidisciplinary DevSecOps team.
• Evaluate strategic factors affecting program objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the team’s workload using Atlassian Data Center tools.
• Support container hardening efforts for Iron Bank.
• Collaborate with the DevOps Project Manager to align team goals.
• Lead technical discussions and implement best practices for security and automation.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, CS, MIS, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in DevSecOps or related fields.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies.
• DoD Secret security clearance, or higher, is preferred.
• Leadership experience managing agile teams in high-stakes environments.
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in Atlassian products.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as RMF, NIST, and FedRAMP.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
