Overview

As a Lead DevSecOps Engineer at Tech Holding, you will help standardize and enhance DevOps and security practices, ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our client's applications and infrastructure.

In Short

• Oversee provisioning and configuration of AWS resources using Infrastructure as Code.
• Lead design, development, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify and analyze workloads, defining and documenting their threat models.
• Regularly assess and patch vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
• Develop automated solutions for vulnerability detection and patch deployment.
• Enhance logging and metrics instrumentation across applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems.
• Advocate for continuous improvements in infrastructure and security practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of DevSecOps engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading DevSecOps teams.
• 4+ years of AWS production experience.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Proficient in Git for version control.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and deployment automation.
• Experience with virtualizing applications.
• Production experience with observability tools.
• Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
• Familiarity with AWS Systems Manager features.
